Last week we celebrated School Officer Appreciation Day, and we took a moment to recognise two very special members of our front office team – Mrs Morecroft and Mrs Mitchell. 🌟
These wonderful ladies are often the first faces you see and the voices you hear, and they play such an important role in keeping our school running smoothly. From supporting students and families to helping staff behind the scenes, their dedication, kindness, and professionalism never go unnoticed.
We are incredibly grateful for everything you do each and every day. Thank you, Mrs Morecroft and Mrs Mitchell, for your ongoing commitment and the warm, welcoming environment you create for our community. 💐👏

We were so fortunate this week to have Jason Rossi from WA Football visit Bambara Primary School to run a fantastic football clinic during our sport sessions! 🏉🙌
A big thank you to Mr B for organising this great opportunity for our students.
The students absolutely loved getting involved, learning new skills, and enjoying such a fun and engaging experience. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and participation throughout the clinic! 😊

National Reconciliation Week (NRW) runs from 27 May to 3 June each year, marking significant milestones in Australia’s history such as the 1967 Referendum and the High Court’s Mabo decision.
This year’s theme, “All In,” is a powerful reminder that reconciliation is a shared journey. It calls on all Australians to take part in building respectful relationships, understanding our shared history, and working together toward a more just and equitable future.
At school, we’ll be recognising NRW through learning activities and conversations that encourage truth-telling, respect, and inclusion. It’s a wonderful opportunity for our students to grow their understanding of First Nations cultures, histories, and perspectives.
